My Real Estate background stretches to when I was 8 years old driving with my father to take Polaroid photos of his real estate listings in rural Vermont. Like my father, my work ethic and honest, straight dealings with clients and colleagues keeps my schedule full. If you're looking for an honest, hard working real estate professional, give me a call and see if we are a good fit to work together.
My office is located in Port Townsend, but the majority of my transactions take place throughout Jefferson County.
I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a double major. I moved to the Port Townsend area in 1997 and worked as a professional boat builder for 5 years before starting my career in real estate. My wife and I purchased 20 acres in Chimacum in ‘05 . We cleared a two acre homestead that first winter with two chainsaws and a small tractor. The next year we built our own home by hand and moved in. My wife is the owner of Nicole Fox Bookkeeping. In 2009 we had our first child, Samuel Garfield Fox and in 2014, our second son Thomas Branford Fox.
I've been called the 'Unrealtor', and it was a compliment! I always go the extra mile to make sure my clients are being taken care of in the same manner I would want a member of my own family to be cared for. Buying a home or land can be a difficult, confusing process. I have found that my knowledge of Jefferson County, my background in building and development, and most importantly my understanding of the purchasing process can really make the process of a home or land purchase a pleasurable one. I WILL exceed your expectations of a real estate professional.
