My Real Estate background stretches to when I was 8 years old driving with my father to take Polaroid photos of his real estate listings in rural Vermont. Like my father, my work ethic and honest, straight dealings with clients and colleagues keeps my schedule full. Also like my father, I am a born 'Horse Trader', I understand how to get deals done and I love every minute of it. If you're looking for an honest, hard working real estate professional, give me a call and see if we are a good fit to work together.
My office is located in Port Townsend, but my business spans evenly throughout East Jefferson County. I know every back road in the county, and most of the stories that go along with them.
I've been called the 'Unrealtor', and it was a compliment! I always go the extra mile to make sure my clients are being taken care of in the same manner I would want a member of my own family to be cared for. Buying a home or land can be a difficult and sometimes frustrating process, I have found that my knowledge of Jefferson County, my background in building and development, and most importantly my understanding of the purchasing process can really make the process of a home or land purchase a pleasurable one. I am tenacious in my problem solving- if there is a roadblock that can be solved, I WILL find a way to help my clients achieve their end-game.
I WILL exceed your expectations of a real estate professional.
I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a double major. I moved to the Port Townsend area in 1997 and worked as a professional boat builder for 5 years before starting my career in real estate. My wife and I purchased 20 acres on Eaglemount road in Chimacum in ‘05 and proceeded to clear a two acre homestead that first winter with two chainsaws and a small tractor. The next year we built our own home by hand and moved in. My wife is the owner of Nicole Fox Bookkeeping. In 2009 we had our first child, Samuel Garfield Fox and in 2014, our second son Thomas Branford Fox.
I am a native Washingtonian, born in Forks and raised in Port Townsend. Previously I worked in the title and escrow industry for 16 years wearing several different hats, including title officer and office manager.
In 2010, I became a licensed real estate broker and have been working as a licensed assistant at Windermere since 2011. I joined forces with Jim Fox as his personal assistant and transaction/listing coordinator in 2013.
I have an extensive knowledge of the area and local real estate. Every transaction has its own unique set of questions and demands and I enjoy working on all the behind-the-scenes research and paperwork that goes into each one.
I have 3 children, ages 23, 16 and 7. When I’m not hard at work in the office I enjoy working in and around my home in Port Townsend, and spending time with my kids.
